The best thing about mornings? Waking up to mutant banter over that first cuppa.

No wait! The best thing is waking up. Oh yeah!

Tell Annie that I think Black Betty suits her distinctive nature much better than that limeade wanna be.

She found it and it was so excited by the flames with a touch of pink etc. And it's a 3 speed - so better than a 1 speed and not so much junk as a 7 or more speed. ☺

My last truck was a 1994 Chevy CK 1500, when I sold it in 2012 it had 285,000 miles on it and everything still worked even the cassette player.

One point I'd like to point out, for those of you that have Diesel Pushers you more than likely have enough power to pull anything you want all the way up to an FBI Suburban.

Just so you know I keep tow straps, and if we happen to get stuck in sunshine we can get out easily.

GOOD MORNING MUTEY'S

Cheers !!!!!
On the DP and pull capability - Bonita is rated for 10k but when I looked - my hitch is only 5 K. I take that as a hint.. but agree with you in theory.

Tell Theodore that Sparky says hi.

Hey Steve,

You are going to need a 3 speed scooter to keep up with Annie !!!

This is Bon's Cruiser. It's called a "Panama Jack". It's a one speed but for the most part we are just cruising around the campgrounds we stay at. It has a basket for the dog, a drink holder and a bottle opener on the front fork(my favorite).

I needs a motor.

Lesson #1. When anyone gives you anything related to house cleaning, ask where the pull cord is to get it started.

Several years ago, DW asked me to clean house after our dog passed awa to get the hairs etc., out. I opened all the windows, got out the leaf blower and ..... well it worked.

It's official folks - Black Betty is on order and should be here in 7 to 10 days... she will be equipped with removable wicker baskets.... and in keeping with the flaggship1 spirit - the Black Betty Tennis Shoe is on order as well... 😀

Moving further down the punch list - appointment made for tow bar etc September 3 and 4 - going with Sterling All Terrain - Roadmaster EZ Baseplate - And the Invisibrake - having rear hitch installed on "What's her name the CR-V" with a Swagman bike carrier for Black Betty.

The list is growing short - as is the time....

Yes, and it's rather unsettling occasionally:

Birdman: "You're being a butt. Stop being a butt."
Mushoo: "You shut up. Bad bird."
Ami: "Be nice."
Birdman: "You stink. Dirty bird."
Mushoo: "Knock it off."
Zydeco: "Shut up."
Birdman: "You know I love you!

Those are verbatim conversations between the birds! They talk to each other, or us, all day. They call "Mom. Mom. Mom." If I don't answer, they call "Mary. Mary. Mary."

It can be challenging to have a phone conversation. They think it's an opportunity to interject their opinions, and it gets really loud.
