First off - this is only offered as the deterrent you asked for.... not a position, statement of fact, or belief I hold... but it may work if you show him this - and I would add in the most Seinfeld of ways... "Not that there's anything wrong with that."

Welcome RVM#90, Joe and Annette !! Long time ago you welcomed me when I first showed up on IRV2.

So I assume you are looking for a suitable RV, yes? One without a lot of stuff, but has stuff that you need and/or want. I'm at a loss to figure out what that might be for someone else. My "druthers" were along the lines of ... it better be built like a tank, but rolls on rubber tires. Darn near had to build it myself to get it right. The downside of that is when something goes wrong, my name is at the top of the blame list. The upside being ... I get to fix it myself. Grease has a special attraction to me. Not long ago I managed to spray undercoating on the top of my head. By the time I wiggled out from under the bus, the new hair gel had set up. I don't have pictures, so it didn't happen, eh? My wife (AKA the Little Red Hen) will tell the whole story at a get-together, I'm sure.

Didn't that era Miata have some big safety issue? Or catch fire easily? I can't remember just what it was, just remember I was never going to buy one because of the problem.

Darn it ... I see that several new mutants have arrived recently and I have been negligent in adding my welcome. Probably because in sort of the shy and quiet type. But really it has been a hectic several weeks around here and I'm sporadic at computer stuff right now.

That was all I had at CL.... I still experiment, i almost always use part half and half, creamier for sure... Then 2%, kinda alternate.... I am not as fond of the whey, when I get a lot, i pour it off and rinse my hair with it... Amazing stuff....

I had a 2002 miata for 5 years..... Loved it, until i grew up again... It was a toy... Then there was the toyota convertible, another toy, now the jeep wrangler... My oh my... Have all of my vehicles just been toys? Yep, since I found a DH that likes to indulge me.... Smile

You are correct. I'm not one to get up with the chickens - I like my 8 hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. (Can you count)

Made it to Albuquerque today. Turned left, the left, then left and ended up in Kimball, MI.

I know I have been all over the place with my posts - and TEFFY is lost - and Dave on the Road - Muddypaws and KSCRUDE in time out - Tom and Jan still rainbow riding - Herb and Barb stuck on a train somewhere in the canyon - Jim and Ginny lost in ??? Space - rezman having fun somewhere - Sue about to bon voyage - Jeannie and Dave last heard from when - and Falcon190 married and working on Honey Dos and Wayne and Earlene did I mention them.... Heck even Tim is busy with something and Di and Larry were so busy work camping (is that even a thing ???) It's just hard to keep up and be a good mutant... reaching out the hand of friendship - giving the wave - and monkeying around - all those those things that brought us here.

So Frank just asked me for the Avatar - haven't posted those in a while and new mutants may want use it. Some prefer not to use it. It's all good.

Never! Your days of break-neck band with speed are over. When you get above 10, you will be fist pumping. Learn to live with 3-4...
