Got a little one with colored broken safety glass all over it. Will that do? I'll ask Sky_Boss.

The only reason, he said, that he wasn't a millionaire today was due to his lack of knowledge of electricity, design, business or patents.

And now for something completely different, as they say...

A ponder was requested, I believe.

“What you’ve done becomes the judge of what you’re going to do – especially in other people’s minds. When you’re traveling, you are what you are right there and then. People don’t have your past to hold against you. No yesterdays on the road.” – William Least Heat Moon

You may now return to your regularly scheduled program.

Excellent! Clean slate - tabula rasa with the turn of a key. A fitting ponder you hath wrought, a more fitting ponder this day hath not.

If I ever had one, I would probably still have it, but mutated to work better... I can't leave anything alone. Gotta make it better. I'm the original MacGyver.

Is it possible to improve the design of a disco ball?

Well.... yes... yes it is. Self propelled. A motor on each mirror and remote controlled for starters. Oh yeah, we could add colors and variable speed eco-turbo drive.

I spilled some energy shake on the right side if my KB last week. Held it part way under the facet, compressed aired it our, let it sit overnight and outside (105+°) for a day and it seems to work better than before.

Hey Dave,

Stone beavers would work as well and I wouldnt have to worry about the stuffing losing its shape after awhile. Mayhaps I will find some in Sedona come this
September, I'll have to keep looking

Tomorrow is the big day for finally heading out we have been staying in at a fairground near our former home since we sold it six weeks back, and we will be heading North to the Upper Peninsula and then West. It seems strange after all these years to be finally leaving the state of my birth, but the freedom we are feeling is fantastic.

Ok just because I dont know this yet, what states have pack rats ? and should I find pack rat repellant ? and just how much damage do they do ?

Cheers !!!

Hey, some stone beavers made of Sedona red rock would be way cool!

So, you are gonna be a Yooper for a bit. I'll be jealous that you will be able to have pasties!

We are still high on the lifestyle sine we went F/T last April. I miss some folks and the fishing in MN, but not the snow, cold, hot, humidity, and mosquitos.

I hear that pack rats will chew on wiring and nest wherever they can. Folks that boondock in the desert use long strings of rope lights to circle their camp, as pack rats supposedly will not cross them. We have always been in full hook-up parks, so no problems. RVM2. Steve, may chime in on this topic, I expect. He is a connoisseur of rope lights!

Bring it! I don't have any rope lights...or any extra lights for that matter...to light it up so we better get a big fire going.

Schedule of Curiosity

Saturday, 8/3, 6ish PM meet and greet at my house on D&W Lake, lot 24. RVs not required.

Saturday, 8/10, with luck a full congregation of MHs at D&W. This should make it the first, official (not that official is needed but I still work for the government so I HAVE to say things like that) Curiosity event.

So far it is a small congregation...just 2 so far but hey...it is a start.

BTW...it may become essential to prepare spouses for a Curiosity...some aren't "there" yet.
