Mr. Norris on the Ooohhmmms list and prayer list. I hope he gets well... he's pretty young yet, hope it works to his advantage.

And that, my friend will be a day on the rainbow most delightful!

$ooo. We had to leave Bonita at the shop but were able to bring the CRV home... over and back - and the rental car returned... so here's the towbar... and the brackets and the hitch and bike rack... The wheel insert for Bonita will be there Tuesday... the list continues to grow smaller and one day - like the garage - poof - gone!!

There are two principles by which to do things. One is the WAG principle and the other the SWAG principle. The WAG principle is a Wild A..harumph Guess. The SWAG principle is when you read the manual. SWAG is a Scientific Wild A...harumph Guess.

Air Dryer Update:

Went to I-State trucking today and spoke with a service writer that is retiring in a month or so. Been there a long time. He asked when the air dryer filter was last changed. I did not have that on hand but stated I have a 1 year maintenance schedule done every year and they should have changed it. He stated that many times they will just inspect it and if it doesn't need changing they don't change it so it could be a long time since it has been changed. Up here in "cold" weather they change it every year because of the temperature changes from hot to cold to hot to cold causing moisture build up. Said that if I were to bring it in the first thing they would do is change the air dryer cartridge/filter. So I just purchased one and I'll have it installed here on-site. They are proud of them, $$$. If I brought it in to them it would be 1 hour of labor, so a mobile repair will most likely be around the same.

Herb, I pulled the lanyard today and it sounded good, just a whoosh with no spitting. I have dealt with a lot of military diesels with air tanks and know the sound when it has water.

Oh, for those thinking I should do it myself, consider both rotators cuff repaired and working above my head. No thanks. Besides in my "shape" certain items of the body may not fit under the frame.
