Healing ohmmms for Barb...... I swear by drinking some organic apple cider vinegar... Cleared one up for me in one day.... Nasty to drink, made my tummy hurt for a bit, but no more sinus problems... For that winter.... Really... I was willing to try anything at that point.... Mixed with some sweetner... Google it.....

Herb, not knowing Barb's health background & if she normally suffers with respiratory problems, but with your recent travels, has anyone considered the Enterovirus EV-D68. This virus is spreading like Wayne's waist, and is not only being contracted by children.

Just some food for thought.....either way, hope she heals soon.

From dinner last nite. One for the RVM cookbook?

Garlic sausage from Hays KS, with skewers of onion/peppers, tomatos and fresh pinneaple.
KSCRUDE, shame on you for introducing the sausage at the GC. 😉

Nope. The shark is alive and well. Dinner is veggie sausage from Trader Joe's.

There is Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and (my fav) Sprouts.
I dont buy obscure things or stuff I'm not familiar with. Mostly the fresh produce, and GF stuff (of course).
Sprouts has great fruits and veggies, and the Honey Crisp apples are superb.

Barb, hope you feel the oooohhhhmmmssss being sent your way!

Many healing Ohmmmmmmmssss for Barb! Hopefully they can track down the root cause! X2 Larry's comment on the Enterovirus -- that is hitting some folks around here as well - in fact a co-worker left early today with similar symptoms...hopefully he did not infect us!

So are you saying you would not shop at RVM Mutants Natural Foods.... ???

I love shopping at all of those stores - but I belive they are a part of conglomerate known as U Totem Empty Wallet... the same conglomerate that owns Stop and Go Broke - 7 - 11 Times Regular Price - and a few others.

Sprouts not so much - they have been around Dallas for quite awhile, but are usually not full service - less of everything and none of lots of things. We also have Market Street - upscale Safeway or Tom Finger I Believe.

I hope to be able to shop and buy more at / from local / green and coop type places once we hit the road. That goes for the fast food too - lots less of it but from local, family owned mom and pop shops. We shall see. We shall see indeed.
