Barb... they are kind of distant relatives... the leaves are nearly a woman sized palm and the flowers a man sized hand with fingers spread...they are hard to germinate, have to nick the seeds and soak, etc... so not much worries about these babies being noxious... but ... they are relatives....the kind folks invite back...LOL!

(I believe field bindweed is considered noxious weed everywhere it grows... the grasshoppers don't even make a decent dent in it when they have eaten all else...)

Field bindweed must have relatives all over, especially if it has no reasonable predators.

Hint, when in full camo your eyes still show, therefore, I have been known to hunt with my eyes closed! Lol

One of three I have staked out!

I'm wondering if someone was called to come dart the critter and cart it off to the Dogpatch Rattlesnake and Grizzly Preserve ???

I'm guessing Les's chance of hosting the next big mini-c at his house dropped dramatically following those pics. Regardless of the size of his wine cooler!

On second thought, if we post Dwayne on lookout for wildlife, the rest of us could mutate away without worry!

Sure thing - once Dwayne arrives - the wildlife problem will be solved. Creatures large and small will avoid the place entirely.
