Listen you... this is not the GC - this is like Rockport - or a Dinner C - that will get way outta hand...

Come December - I will get to work on the Son Of CG - in the meantime - this will get some of us together at a Waypoint - we have previously wayed???

Wow, with only 7 more days to work are we a little touchy?

Probably just a bad 'auto correct'.

Oh yeah

Dates will work for us. We will, however, have a tight schedule. Leave Florida on 4/1. Meet with tax man in Indiana by 4/9. Sign final tax forms by 4/14. Head for CL on 4/15.

Thanx Steve for your efforts. HI ANNIE.

BTW, fishing, for us, may not be in the mix this time. My strength and mobility has taken a shot in _ _ _ . I don't know if I can land a 19 pounder like the one Mary Ann caught. I do recommend the experience. Even the novice fisherman would enjoy a day on the water with this guide, boat, you, and Annie. You should not have trouble finding a couple of fellow mutants to join you.

We'll contribute some $$ for the band because they were certainly a talented group, but band is not essential for having a wonderful time at CL.

Goal for the next GC@CL. "BURN MORE FIREWOOD" Locate one of those big fire pits on the roomiest lots and we'll party until quiet hours shuts us down. JMHO

Steve, where's the countdown clock? Besides ticking away inside your head, I mean.

You still planning to find a nice acoustic guitar to carry? Goes well by the fireside! I used to play my baritone uke out on our dock and in the boat as well as by the fire. Still miss it.

Cheers!
Sue

If I'd waited to join until we'd bought our coach, I wouldn't have met all you great folks and wouldn't have learned all this great stuff to help prepare me for shopping! Tell 'em to join, ask questions and learn, then buy.

And after we purchase our rig, we will look for a time to join up with you guys at a GC or mini-c somewhere, somehow! Can't wait!

Just a thought . . . . no boasting intended.

It's been quite a while and new mutants have joined us and lurkers seem to be more numerous.

So . . . if you've been contemplating a trip to Alaska in 2015, I invite you to take a look at our blog. On the ADDRESS LINE and not the search line type http://indianatoalaska2013.blogspot.com . We had so much fun. For you fellow mutants that have put mile after mile on your RV, you understand me when I say that I cannot comprehend someone saying "I don't like to travel". OMG how can you want to miss the beauty of this country?????????

Remember that you can "click" on each individual picture and get a close up version of it. Also start with us at the beginning of the trip and not journey backwards in the blog.

Enjoy

Catherine's Landing has some wonderful cabins called YUTS that you can rent if the purchase of your new land yacht doesn't take place as soon as April. They are located near the "nerve center" of the GC.

All mutants should ponder the possibility of joining us. You'll love it.

Sue, I started on a baritone uke when I was 10 yrs old and taught myself. (Bet you did, too.) Got a cheap guitar for Christmas at age 12, again teaching myself. Folks couldn't afford for me to have lessons. I bet there are some other pickers and grinners out there in Mutant-land. We'll have hoe-down around a campfire. And how about a song-writing contest?!!

We'll see. I'm trying to build my PTO bank back up. (Spent it when I had the darn knee surgery.)

We've camped in several nice places in Arkansas, but never at CL. I believe our last trip there was to Mt. Magazine State Park back when we lived in Tyler, TX (east TX) and still had our travel trailer ... around 2002 or '03 maybe. Been a while. We sold the TT in 2006, after we moved to west Texas. Man, am I looking forward to getting this MH and getting back to nature!

The Campground up northwest they are looking at doesn't allow wood fires... propane are ok.
