What do you have that is fully automatic? I have to change the zip code - and let it run through 38 check switches - and then download the program guide. It takes about 20 minutes if ya hit it right and don't have to call Dish. I have the Mobil plan that you can cancel and start again at no cost - but I turned it back on a month or so ago on the lowest channel plan. Just upped to 200 plan I think it is. So signal sent and working.

It isn't the In Motion Model that follows the satellite while you drive. That may be what you have and why it's fully automatic. I saved a few $$ getting the Stationary - may have been unwise...

Roadtrip Mission in black..

Its really just like pointing Dish at home. You don't need any coordinates - or Apps.. ???

So to add to the confusion - it might actually be the Winegard Roadtrip MiniMax ... same features..

What I have is the KVH in motion sat. Problem is it's 2008, programmed for Direct and no one around here wants to deal with it. I use a dish on a tripod and a meter at the dish to help point it.

Don't mess with it if park has cable, we don't watch a lot of TV anyway. We do have to call and change our billing address to where we are at to receive the local stations but that's never been a problem.

But...nearly all things are fixed, working good and ready to roll...EXCEPT

Gunny has taken a turn for worse with his hips. This is the ONLY reason we would want to be back in our S&B with small steps. We are working on pain management and hopefully can get that under control and get Gunny back to better mobility. We are trying to get him into the U of Illinois VetMed Clinic to see a Neurologist. That MIGHT delay our arrival to Rockport but that remains to be seen.

I know you all know how much Gunny means to us. All of our fur kids get old and pass on but at 9 years old, it is too soon to think about that as acceptable. It puts tears in my eyes thinking of it.

I know you all will understand that I just needed to keep my RVM friends in the loop because I know you all care. Thanks for listening.

Anyway...time to give Gunny another dose of pain meds.
Don, so sorry to hear about Gunny. Please give him a hug for me.

No comments on Dave being my friend. I did have to bribe him.

He doesn't have an iPhone - to bad.

If not who did you get to program it?

Seems this is something no one around these parts want to mess with!
I had a KVH dome on my 5th wheel. I called Winegard and they gave me a sequence of buttons to hold and press so many times that let the antenna find the DISH satellites. Just sayin'.

I now have the Carryout and it has DIP switches for the different carriers.

I wonder if one has to be a friend on Dwayne's FB page in order to see the videos?

None here either, but it's an interesting thought. Do you have one, or just considering the options? I don't believe I've ever seen a composter offered on a MH.

Cheers!
