We have made it back to Bonita!! Keys turned in - last load to storage. It is cold... so we brought 2/3 tank of water on board - dumped the black - filled with fresh and dumped. Stowed the water and sewer hoses and are on electric only now.

Hey Sue yes the birds now travel with us. Georgie is quite comical and always running her beak, she is the Congo. Former owner thought she was a he so we had her tested and he George became she Georgie. Coco is the Temna and because he is only 2 he doesn't talk that much but if I'm eating anything he will sure let me know he wants to share. He says cracker for all food and nite nite. Occasionally he will repeat a word Georgie says.

Just a quick "Thank You" to our buddies Wayne and Earlene and all who have served this great nation! Words do not do justice to our level of appreciation and thankfulness for all you have done and continue to do. For all you veterans, have a blessed day and again, thank you!

One for the "Jigsaw Folks"

I think this would be a good jigsaw picture.

I took it on holidays this summer.

Cotton harvest seems to be drawing to a close in this part of MO. I hadn't realized how much cotton is grown here. I spin cotton and could be tempted to pick up some where it's been spilled, but have been warned not to. The fields are sprayed with a defoliant to make harvesting easier, and those of us of a certain age remember that as Agent Orange. Need I say more? Nope, not picking up a single boll!

A bit of light rain on the windscreen now. Martin requested some to wash away yesterday's bugs. It worked. He's good! 😉
Sue I'm reading this from the highest point on our deer camp, hate we are missing the opportunity for Mimi's with you, Martin, Don and Sandee. Will see ya'll in April at CL!

I learn more from this thread because it causes me to go look stuff up. Remember when we'd have to go to the library to look something up? Now we have all of the world's libraries in the palms of our hands. Whoda thunk when we were kids that THIS would happen? I can't wait to see what's next. Anyone care to guess?

A moho at warp is hard to fathom Barb. Especially if piloted by a monkey and a pup and with you at the Helm, a la Voyageur.
