I'll be staying at the Hide-A-Way (in Ruskin) in February and March. Look forward to someone organizing a mini or midi C during that time. I know I'm going to be contacting Barb during my stay but others are lurking about in that area this winter. Even those that are 2 hours away can meet up for a dinner date or something of that fashion.

Doing my share of shivering down here! Lol

Using a Remington bolt action 7mm, much more effective than my bow! Lol Good luck to you, when we do have snow on ground during season I've found it easier to stalk/track deer, also the walking keeps me WARM!

Did I mention we had a dusting of sleet and snow here this morning

I sure wish y'all bound for Rockport would hurry and get here! I was so bored today that I went to the laundromat. Well, that and I was out of clean undies. The sun came out for a few hours this afternoon, but it's still cold and windy. We need some Mutey warmth.

Who blamed us in Kanukistan for your bad and cold weather down thataway. We keep hearing of these cold fronts bound for us from up Alaska way and last I heard youse guys bought that place and now officially own it. So quit blaming us for what we allow to pass through and let return to country of origin.

BTW anyone picking buffalo tonight??

Putting Mutants and "Organized event" together in the same paragraph? Like herding cats? But the kids are patiently waiting for April.

I have picked berries and all sorts of fruits, I have picked my seat in a theater, and I have even picked polk salad, but not buffalo.
Tim and Jeff would pick buffalo instead of deer if the season got short for them, but that's another story.

Steve, I got your package today. Actually my wife did as I am working up on Long Island this week, again. I will be back to enjoy at least one of your little beauties tomorrow, and as promised I will be working on that gluten-free beer. With any luck I will have a good recipe and can bring a couple of cases to GC2.
