Bean bag toss can be done from a standing, sitting or reclining position in the event the competition and celebrations get to be too much! lol Plus an errant bean bag is much less painful than an errant archery competition!

Just throwing out some ideas, now that Rockport is in the book!
The first ever mutant games!! What a great idea! We have time before April to add unique games with a mutant flair. Throw out some ideas, y'all.

Hopefully though, they can fix your MH in place. I can't see it being that tough to jack up your unit and replace an air bag, provided that is all that has to happen.
And to think... I blew in her ear and picked er up...

So yes Wayne, do explain
So here we are, parked at the eatin' place and it is time to go back to the CG. "Larry the Jeep" pulls out and I'm behind him. Easy peasy, just follow the jeep. The four of us are having a conversation, the jeep turns right, I follow. All of a sudden there are 3 people hollering, "Where are you going!" I replied that I was following Larry and then it started. "Are you sure that's Larry's jeep? "Well, it was when I left and no one had gotten in front of me." "Well, this is not the way to the CG," and on, and on, and on with 3 backseat drivers. Yes, I made the U-turn, the mumbles stopped, the back seat drivers were appeased, and we made it home without hitting any curbs.

Now I ask, what the heck would it have mattered if we had followed Larry and Di to the post office. The conversation was good until they all started "driving."

Yep! And there will be only two shots out of the bottle missing to clean up after you. You're a two drink limit man.

Sky boss I would worry about loss of air if you can plug the air line and limp it in as long as it's not rubbing even on bumps

Howdy, y'all! My 16 hour days at work are over for a while. I finally got the magazine finished, though not without some serious teeth gnashing and hair pulling.

I haven't gone back to catch up on everyone's antics, but I bet Rockport was a blast.

Steve, I haven't forgotten that I owe you postage money ... I'll get it in the mail eventually! One day you'll pick up the mail and voila! There it'll be. ;-)

Talking about games ...
Kate & I won a cow chip toss years ago at a group campout in the Hill Country. Woot, woot. You do know that you wear gloves and use dried cow patties, Dave. You toss 'em into a tow sack that your partner holds open from 40 feet away.

Time to get ready for wor ... wrrrrr ... wooorrrr .... Can't bring myself to say it. That thing I do that let us buy the MH.

Hope everyone is well, happy and planning on going to CL in April.

Mel

Mel

If this becomes an approved game for the next great gathering, then someone has to be in charge of bringing the cow chips (dried BS). Then of course someone has to be assigned as a referee. Oh geesh ... more admin problems ... a trophy has to be designed and ordered.

Sure doesn't seem right to stand there and let someone throw bullhockey at you on purpose.....

Not sure finding chips will be a problem. Catherine's Landing in built on an old dairy farm, and besides that, many of the mutants I know could provide enough bull ships (BS) for an Olympic size event!

I would suggest we substitute sealed packages of bacon for the cow chips -- much more mutant. And we could then cook said toss items for one of our feasts. BLTs anyone?

Now to find some toad sacks for catching said tossed items!
