I know you walked your electric bill and probably lunch too...

And I did read all. Wayne mentioned Friday the 13th... your electric bill was in excess of $116... Martys was $11. I'm still lost but that's ok. I have lots of time to figure it out.

Di, can't wait to go have lunch with you and Larry. Don't think nothing about the fact Mary and I often excuse ourselfs from the table for a powder room break just about the time the check arrives.

Don't sweat the electric bill, remember we put $20 bills in all the welcome bags last year, dem Texans can handle it!

Dinner! More like a tank of diesel fuel.

Consider $25 a week for electricity and their $355 a month site fee and you are still under $500 a month. Far less than what you would pay in Florida, Me thinks. Yep, daily and weekly rates are more expensive - go figure.

Really! 😈 And then there is the continuing saga of Don and Sandee's beautiful rig.

So true, so true. If'n I had not had to delay.......well, never mind.

All good stories must have some excitement and tension, right? Couldn't we just do with a little less of all that?

As you will have seen by now, ours was one day of pure pleasure, out touring with Steve and Annie.
[...]

Our turn will come, I'm sure, to have one (or more) of "those" days, but yesterday was not one of them. It was a lovely day with good people. STMs, so of course!

Rumbles of thunder in Rockport this morning. Let's see what today brings. Best of luck to all on the rainbow. Hang tough! And we love all y'all!

Cheers!

No good deed! Nah! I believe that what goes around comes around. So, as I was fueling a young man asked if I had any change to spare. I asked him what he needed it for and he said gas. I reached into my pocket where there is always change and gave it to him. He had probably collected enough from me and others for a gallon of gas, which he pumped. Hey, it got him home, I hope.

Then when we arrive in SA I go to the collision center, ProCare, and get my door popped back into place for no charge. They could have easily taken the car to the service area, spent some time looking at it and charged me a fee for there services. What goes around comes around.

I'm happy. All things mechanical can be fixed - most of the time - and if not fixed, replaced.

I go to the orthopedic surgeon on the 24th for my knee. So that's how we are. Hope every one is better then us.
Oh no! Your troubles are so much more than my dented door. What's the cost of fixing the transmission? Jeeps must be expensive. I hope you are in a nice bike riding environment. Holler at us some time. Give a "light" hug to Shara for us, and prayers to both of you..

Di RVM #64.
Where did you come up with the $13, it was $116 and some chump change. Sheesh. There are fees associated with paying someone bills.

I think you are still in Rockport, but you need to traverse backwards in this thread and catch up on your reading.
===========================

Raining in San Antonio with expected heavy storms beginning at Noon. However, it is Texas and in 5 minutes that can all change.

Wayne, you said you pulled into SA. South America? South Africa? South Arkansas?
Hey, Herb, what are we talking about now? Where are you? I think Steve is in TX. I'm in the living room. Wayne is in SA.
