Dave, my condolences to your grandson in the loss of a good friend. The events of life often make no sense at all. I hope that your grandson can only concentrate on the wonderful memories he has of his new found friend. Healing ohms for the little girl's family and, or course, prayers of peace for your grandson.

Dave what a tragic course of events. I can't begin to imagine the pain an sorrow felt by this girls family and friends as well as your grandson. In time like these we can only pray for peace in the hearts of those affected by this tragedy. The mere thought of the loss of a precious little life in such a violent manner sickens me. Group hugs from your mutant family to your grandson and to you and Nola. I know when your grand babies hurt, you hurt with them no matter how old they are.

Sue, are you still going to be there( Drifter's) on Tuesday? If you are, I would scan the pattern I'm knitting for the lady that inquired... I might have a prayer shawl directions in the same pattern if I look in my prayer shawl book....
