Welcome, thrice welcome, RVM45! Join the madness, as in mad dogs and Englishmen.... It's a great group and we're glad to have you.

Are you taking Honey to the iRV2 rally next month? I keep looking for other mutants to meet up with and hope you might be one (or two or...?)

My folks used to drive a Honey and they loved it. I still take a good long look when I see one these days, since they and the RV are long gone. Good memories.

Welcome again and cheers!

A most kind and generous welcome from RVM 18 and head RVM mascot Sena, who just toddled off to bed. Kansas was my state of residence from 1967 - 1971. I still have good friends in Topeka who I visit every Spring and Fall as I journey from Summer to Winter resting spots.

Hope you have as much fun here as we do.

Don't forget to post a pick of the Honey. I remember a few from one of your threads. She is really nice looking. Sorry bout the roof, but this too shall pass. You've come a long way with her and she'll be water tight and outta sight before ya know it.

A welcome from DW and I also. The mutation is a fun process once you get the hang of it. I know we don't need 'em but the DW has watched an LED rope light set flickering in an area store window with chase lights that change colour as they chase. I found them available in 12 volt with remote control so they are presentlt wending their way from the manufacturer to me to be added to the side of "Gracie" to be proudly displayed at future ponderings. They don't arrive until after the next trip (day after tomorrow) so will not be there to blind and fellow RVM(r) we happen to meet.

I will also post our itinerary once I have finalized it but we head east for Princeton early Sunday morning and will be a few days following BC highway 3 out to highway 1 someplace in Alberta.

Now that being said we sure are a chatty cathy group. It took me four days back on wifi to read all the ponderins and stuff you lot been up too.

Wow, did I read that correctly? Possum is about to "one up" us with a set of chasing multicolored rope lights? I need to ponder a counter to that. Are motion activated illuminated yard flamingoes available at Camping World yet?

All I have are two "stick in the ground" solar powered yard lights. Pathetic display. I'm feeling inadequate.

Welcome to the Curiosity, RVM 45 . We are always seeking the mutation to greater numbers, and to have such a worthy addition to our numbers is beyond expectation!

Best of luck on your repair mutation to the roof. I sincerely hope it will turn into an easy fix!

Yours is a subtle variety of the Mutation Phenomenon, as it might be known. Very classy.

And those motion activated etc. flamingos are yours to invent & perfect. I foresee beaucoup dollars in your future from their sales. Will yours dispense a whiff of bacon?

Change of Homebase ?

Oh exalted RVM 1

Perhaps you should make my homebase location SD instead of MI since we have mutated from there. I would think we would wish to keep your roster accurate.....

Cheers !!!!

I was once told that the first thing Pink Flamingos do when setting up housekeeping is to run out and buy little plastic statues of Italians to decorate their yards with; I hope they don't find out about the multi coloured remote control rope lights.

I'm not certain how this should work. When we travel we often see name tags on seasonal staffers, casino and hotel staff, etc that have their "original hail from city or state". I sort of like that as a conversation starter.

When 4Kids initially identified everyone by state, she used the iRV2 profile. And I have continued with that. There is an assumption that mutants may not be in their profile location and especially high probability that SD residents are not. Hmm... Another ponder comes along.

BTW - I wonder where 4kids has mutated off to...
