I'm not Dave (as you know!) but the "paws" remind me: one of our friends is disabled, so his wife fills a plate for him at buffets. I helped her one evening at an Asian buffet by adding a couple of cooked "paws" to the top of his dinner. His face was priceless as he peered and delicately poked at them to see what they were.

I ate them.

Well, pilgrum, if ya Google "chicken feet dim sum" you'll get some ideas.
Have seen them.
Have watched them being et.
Have tossed many of them aside at chicken harvest time.
I look forward to yer research report. Would save you a pastle of them at the next harvest, but I lost those skills in a game of Texus Hold-em.
I'm pretty sure Sue will make a mess of em at CL. Will take pics.

I didn't buy them Dave. I wanted to get your recipe. I was thinking fried crispy with a spicy dipping sauce.

Quiet, away from traffic and trains, close to amenities, on the Rio Grande, close to both Yuma and Algodones (I think it translates to "large cheap marguaritas").

Didn't you spend some time in MN???

Light dusting of snow just before rush hour traffic and in teens today, warmer then yesterday. But it wasn't bout the location...... had a great time talking shop with Ken.
