Hey, we love to go to the States. No convincing needed there!

Steve RVM2,

Just one point of clarity -- we will be in Florida until time to meander our way to Hot Springs, AR for the April what-ever you want to call it, just get your derrière there RVMs.

From there we will continue to mutate towards Seattle where we will stay until time to head to wherever we hold the whatchamacallit Fall RVM get together.

Is there a theme to our schedule?

Years ago after having cataract surgery where I insisted that they not give me any sedation of any kind, the "rules" prohibited me from driving myself the 3 short miles home. After arguing with the staff, I called a friend to come break me out of jail and got into her car. She drove me around the hospital and back to my parked car. She then followed me home and confirmed that I had been able to safely drive myself home.

Personally, I listen to my body and I rarely push to the point of exhaustion. If I feel like I'm ok to drive, I'll take a few short trips to test my skill and endurance before trying anything more taxing.

All that said, my advice to you is for you to allow 3 times the usual amount of time to make that trip. When you get tired or start to hurt, park that MoHo and take a nap. Oh yeah -- and skip the pain meds until you are parked in your spot in Yuma.

Glad you are doing better and I look forward to meeting you and Deb in April.
Thanks for the kind words Barb. Like I said, I will drive anyway. Unfortunately we already reserved a site in Florida for the time period of St Catherine's. We did this in August, and its prepaid. I'm sure we will get together sometime.

Who's up this morning? I already know Who's on first. 😜

We're waiting for the auto glass folks to phone ahead and then show up to replace our cracked windscreen. Since it's after 9:00 here, it could happen any moment. Better stop holding my breath. Blue is not my best color.

Good morning Mutants !!!

I hope thus morning finds you well, and those of you that are under the weather, I hope you are feeling a touch better today than you did yesterday.
Its going to be a bright day on the rainbow today, Marcia and my daughter will be making cookie dough for this coming Thursday, I'll be repairing a lamp for my daughter thus getting me out of the dough making process, and that is a good thing !!!

Rise and Shine Mutants !! Its daylight in the swamp and y'all are burning daylight.

Get busy y'hear

Cheers !!!!

What? Y'all are bringing us cookies as we board ship? How sweet! Pfferneuse and Spritz are my favorites at Christmas.....

Cookie baking en masse here at KOA happens next week, chaotic use of the kitchen and some shared resources, but great fun. The spouses are invited in about 3:00 to check the results. General munching and quiet ensue.
