Ha everyone I just thought of a new game. Since Sue and Martin are away from Wifi for a few days let's see how many times we can use her name in our post. Surely she will read each post closely when she gets back !
Sue heard the call of Styx, "Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me..."

Wayne I was raised with a dog that looked just like that. Mon and dad both took better care of that dog than me! Sue would have liked that dog, it's name was Susie.

Update on laptop and getting things rolling on the website.... last night I managed to get through the 832 email backlog.
I will have the printer hooked up today and will sync the phone and move pictures to the external hard drive as there are many that may find there way to the site - GC@CL and Rockport alike. Names will be withheld to protect the guilty.
Then through the history of input I have received up to now. I will look at the Utah and South Dakota recommendations and find a way to summarize and share so that all venues receive fair consideration.
As I have said before - I can go to Idaho from Illinois with numerous stopovers including GC Redux 1.2 along the way. Anyone wishing to travel on to Idaho and south to Arizona can travel ahead - along or behind us.
I'm just feel fortunate to have the time to plan - and Don and Sandee here to help me research and organize for the mayhem. Lol... life on the rainbow is full of adventure - and some computer time too...

Good Morning Muteys!
What a perfectly gloomy chilly wet day we have here in DFDub today! Steve that move to the RGV starting to look pretty good. We were supposed to be in Terlingua with some friends by now until our plans got tripus interrupused.
There is a new term for the mutant handbook Steve.
Hopefully we will be back on schedule shortly after the first of the year. The road is callin my name and I really have the urge!
The countdown to GC@CL Redux begins in a couple of weeks Mutey's! We still have plenty of space for you stragglers to sign up. April will be here before you know it and you will miss out on a really grand time. If April in Arkansas fits in your plans then PM me for details and join us for a week of outlandish food, fun, libations, wittiness. Make it a beautiful day in the neighborhood today, go out and mutate!

Les - how is Mort doing and is Margaret getting a prosthetic made? When Sparky heard the news he was visibly shaken and acted a little squirley for a day or two but he's slowing coming around.

I've been hiding out too well for the past month. Now hanging at Rainbow's End (appropriate place for a RVM) for a month, at least the coach is. We leave for Israel on Monday until Jan 6. Will be drifting west sometime after our return. Will report where we are going when we know (or maybe later).

Should I just buy a cheap adjustable wrench and forget trying to find the correct size?

I hate to say this, but I agree with Denis. Crescent wrenches do have a tendency to slip, can bust knuckles, and round off what they are trying to adjust. You may wish to look into replacing the hose with the newer type that is hand tightened using a big plastic knob on the connector. They are hand tightened. Use a soapy water solution after turning on the propane to check for leaks.
Example
