Silent nite, Hooooly nite, mutant sleeps, world is right,
Now all grand parents, mother and child, precious moment so tender and mild
But soon they will be Aaa-Wake, soon they will be a-wake!

We got to spend some time with her tonight. Mary had surgery on Thursday and I was ill, so today we got to hold, spoil and ooh and aah over tiny toes and precious little ears. New humans are wonderful. All is calm, all is bright...

Despite my heartfelt plagiarism of Simon and Garfunkel this morning and my attempt to gather mutant email addresses for the website mailing list - not one PM received today.

So the holiday is upon us and I will try again later. In the meantime - don't forget to look at the last link at the top right of the website - the closing night presentation of the First Ever GV@CL is there in pdf format.

www.rvmutants.com

That's where the planning will be listed as we go... the Temps didn't call me back today so no progress there... but I'm on it.

BTW - Tim ----- when I talked to Mel yesterday - I reminded her - she is part of the RVM 'limpics Committee with you...

Is it ring toss - when Mary grabs you by the nose ring and tosses you back to work....???

I am sure she does. As does my Annie. Powerful little belle - ringer she is...

Bed time in the RGV. I a day or two I will reveal the $9.49 a lb ribeyes I picked up at the local butcher / Mexican market. Don resisted the desire to purchase but I think he will be going back... nice place.

That didn't even make me drool... as I had a Bison Steak with onions (no, not foot onions... although I have heard of Egyptian walking onions...) and mushrooms sauteed in ghee, and a baked tater this evening. And... Bob had chicken soup of which he did not complain about this time! Progress!

ok... after Elizabeth's picture... I think I need to see my newest grandbaby again! good thing Christmas eve is just around the corner and I get to see him then, except I have to share him round the whole extended family then... but his great grands haven't seen him yet, nor his great aunts and uncles...etc....

Thats right Di. I figured mutants who received emails for CC@CL would remember they were on the list and newbies or others might respond... but it is a busy time for all so not overly concerned. Just a little prod to close the day out.
