Ponder this, or actually you near the border might research this. Do south of the border do they have Americana Food nite? If they do, what is it?

So Di, moved from Dumas at 49, so that means you've only lived in LR only a couple years!

Now for the sweet gift issue, hum, next year I'll try persimmons to all our friends, maybe some dipped in bitter chocolate. Yep thats the ticket.

Interesting new thread that shows just how much alike we are, " how often do you check the forum" or something like that.

Let me encourage everyone to pause just a moment sometime today and remember just what this season is really all about.

Wave two of Christmas just hours away.

Have a great day!

Not Mexico, but I found this amusing: In England when they have a potluck, it's called an "American Supper".

Oh, yeah!!! May I jump on your gift list, please??? I'm hoarding my supply of persimmon pudding, made to Mother's recipe, but for you, I would share!

Merry Christmas Morning!

By the number of posts to this thread, my question would be......

"How often do you leave your computer" LOL

Morning dog... merry merry to you too...

As for the computer - almost 99% is phone... most of what's on my mind these past two years has been prep toward full time - things for the coach - and mutants and mutating. So I checked often for ideas and tips and to devlop friendships. Not sure what the future holds but will probably be less active here as time goes by and the Temps keep me on the www.rvmutants.com site trying to improve it and get our schedule straight. Turn the page.

Sparky is becoming a handful. Turned around and he had climbed up on the cookbooks I pulled out for Sue and drank the last of my cuppa... got to go in for some more...
Hope RVM0 brought you all everything on your list. I wonder if they make walking harnesses for squirrels???

England has a potluck and calls it "American Supper". Hmmm.....
Perhaps the Brits went to the US Midwest and attended a potluck, and the attendees were all Scandanavian. That meant a huge variety of casseroles!
Ponder that!!!
We have conversed with family and friends, and all are happy and warm. Wishing the same to all if you STMs!
Merry Christmas!

You know I like being low key and not blabbing about things I've done, places I've been or people I know, BUT. I got a Merry Christmas e-mail from the White House this morning!

The beauty that man did not make

Here is a Christmas present from God. It is called a Christmas Cactus. It blooms around Christmas each year. Enjoy.
