One tip I had seen in here was to roll the unit on its side a little, wait a 1/2 hour then do it again. Wait another half hour, then do your slow flush. If you waited 2&1/2 months, its going to take a little longer for the salt to work, and you may have to repeat. One time I didn't flush long enough and yuck! It was salty.
The instruction say to flush when it gets to 3 grains, in Az that is about 2-3 weeks.
Thanks Dave - the 2.5 months wasn't all here... only a month here and I was using the strip to check hardness - and when Annie said - no suds in kitchen sink... I was sure it was time. I also have a sanitizer pack I might run through it. Have you tried using this stuff?

Cold predicted here in central Florida tonight. Supposed to get down to 37, but back up to 60 tomorrow.

Which one of you northerners left the door open? Y'all can keep that stuff up there!

We're throwing open the cabinet doors to prevent freezing tonight.

Yowser, Steve!
You gonna be okay in the MH at that temp? I'd be putting mittens on the tires and a giant hoodie on the windshield!

In case you were wondering.
Today's Earthquakes in British Columbia, Canada

This one caused Mizzie (Pug/Shiatsu cross) to get all shaky nervouse. Mikkael, Izzy, Denise and I didn't feel a damn thing. Kids from around the country all called to see if we were OK. The epicenter was about 40 miles from our place.

Weren't the big one but we passed the test, I think!

Naw.
I like the surprizes that age and ignorance provides.

Tim - glad your feeling well enough to bark orders again...

We can't even get people to sign up for April... we mutants are flailing with Herb to beat the drum.... it's sad to think...

I am alerting the Temps to quit being being retired and get busy after 2 and half months of retirement it's time to get busy again... get them mutants whipped into a Curiosity Frenzy - maybe give away some mutant mugs or something...

Lol... Tim it really has been quite a transition to retirement and full time all at once. Hard to get past all the little things to do and harder still to poke my head into Web design lol. But guess what - it's going to be cold and windy the next few days and we have laid in the appropriate fixins for hanging inside - while the grill and smoker sit idle. Saw some beautiful briskets in the market today and had to force myself to walk past them knowing that the cold was coming.

Just saw DFW weather in the news... 23 degrees...
Herb, calling Herb - are ya frozen yet?
