Hey Dave and Dave,

Is that BLM boondocking site on the AZ or CA side of the Colorado River? I'm thinking of doing AZ next winter and prefer to boondock. CA is not at all monkey friendly.

A video done by an 8 year old. Very funny if you get all the implied implications. This video was done by the son of a good friend's friend. The youngster is 18 now and working towards an animation degree. IIRC what was related to me. He also has his own you tube pages.

Two groups on Rvillage that both have blogs with boondocking suggestions, in AZ as well as others, they also do the lighthouses in OR in summer. Will find and send to you.. Began following one couple when we were in OR, other couple are RVillage developers....

If you look on maps by the Imperial Dam, you will see plenty of sites on both sides
Of the river. There are no inspection stations to worry about. If you have the Allstays app, it actually pinpoint the locations.

Check out the Rubber Tramp Rendezvous for boondocks camping. Met them at Quartzite a couple of years ago and they are way off the grid.

I have the DVD - Ken Kesey - Rubber Tramps Documentary. Different but the same and real mutated mutants.
