Wayne or Herb... one you two going to attempt to fill Dons' shoes as the Texas Mutant Trail Boss and pull a place and time to circle the wagons and head north. I have to say - last year's spot was very nice.

I'm still not sure how our plans will shape up or the route we will take. At first blush it looks like -
Herb and Barb
Bob and Stephanie
Jeanie and Dave
Wayne and Earlene
Sarah and what's his name
Jim and Ginny

And who knows who else might want to meet up at Coopers Lake State Park for the Mutantvan into CL.

Don did such a great job last year I was hoping he would do so again, but they haven't firmed their plans up yet.

Someone step up... Wayne you act like a leader have the time, can ya get get mutants to line up and follow you???

Talked to PTJeff I mean jeep... yesterday. They are up for early fall end of summer Idaho or Utah. Have not seen any new date or location preferences for the 2015 Fall Into Mutation via the Contact Us page on www.rvmutants.com so I will get with some of the elders by phone in the next few days and see if we can come to a concensus.

Next order of business - 2016 Old Man Winter Curiosity in Arizona. I will suggest late January or early February. This would give mutants who depart cold country after Christmas in order to be with family during the holidays.

We have 4 or more mutants who regularly winter in Arizona so location suggestions should be easy for that. I suspect we have 5 or 6 of us who can sign up for that and if anyone is looking for an extended get away - cruising from the Fall GC south to AZ might be the ticket to ride. Just a thought.

We love AZ and NM..... Count us in on a C there...... We just dont go for the winter, but even a 2-3 week is doable for us.....

And did you skip my post? Where is that thar slideshow?

Man I hope I don't have any enemies on here if my friends talk about me like this.

Update on fence, still putting in corner post, have one 600' section stretched but have a logger coming out to cut a load or two, of tress out before I head down the back side.

Steve I'll call you later on the super secret discussion we were having, I have people calling me back.

Enjoy your day Muties, it's 66 and sunny and Mary's feeding me hot soup, oh well, beets making something myself.

Side note, Mary helped me strech about 200' of what I've put up!

Di, I can relate to the blue and purple. You mutants that are on blood thinners can relate to my story.

Two days ago I stepped out of the shower and Mary Ann said "OMG look at your toes". Sure enough my second and third toes on my right foot looks like your finger. No swelling. No pain. Just various shades of blue and purple from back of toenail to the start of my foot.

I have no particular recollection of sustaining a painful blow. No rock fell on it. No crazy driver of a power chair drove over it. . . . . hmmmmm. No type of significant event. Mary Ann then remembered that she dropped her hair brush on my bare foot 2 days earlier. No scream of pain. No limping. We think that's what did it.

The same result happens when I gently snag my leg or stomach on something. A bruise the size of a baseball appears and I can't recollect what I did to cause it.

I guess I need to document each and every one of my contacts with immovable objects so I know why I'm black, blue, and purple on various parts of my body.

I accuse Mary Ann of wacking me in my sleep. She denies all accusations.

Diane,

Sorry about your poor finger. Seems unfair that things we could do without incident now make us purple or black and blue. Hope it heals fast so you can continue to help Larry.

Stringing fence is no fun. Lynne
