Thanks Bruce. It is Kodacolor and has been kept in a dark, dry place. Just curious. Will probably never do anything with it.

Aaaand...they're OFF! Tomorrow morning, we're leaving for "the" rally in IA. Overnight in the side yard in the Rigatoni, getting the cats accustomed to it before the floor starts shaking under their tiny paws. Gotta be like a human experiencing his first earthquake. Unknown outcome!

Which mutants are going to be there? My RVM sign is ready, blinkin' stars & all. A short rope of lights just for emphasis.

Please, somebody show up!!!

Cheers!

A couple for Dunner, taken from our front porch.

Hi. That's the famous 4449 in Portland - being overhauled for it's federal boiler test.

That's me in the middle. Who says truckers don't like us RVM's?!?

It's at the Oregon Train Museum at OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry). Or did you mean, where's the actual photo (which was taken a few months ago)? If so, here it is again.

Before my uncle passed from a brain tumor, he had a model steam engine set. Not then whole, but stand alone engined. They were napa powered. Took up almost all of his basement. Would have loved to have it. I was only about 16 when he passed and didn't know I could spoken up for it.

The things I could have made them do is endless. Steam powered toothbrush, comb, bacon turner, etc. I could even use the bacon grease they produced to fire another one.

A semi-educated guess would be the flue cleaner needed a place to set his tush while he cleaned the lowest tubes prior to inspection. It would be a super hot sauna if someone sat there during operation.

Nice looking coach, Dogpatch. Makes me want to trade coaches, but I have 5 months of hard work invested in this one and she looks great inside, and runs like a top. I'll never get what I have invested in her.

That's it, that's it!

I just can't make myself drill holes in the side of the MH.

Doesn't that make it to wide for some highways. (The MH that is.)
