Did the Custer State Park a couple of times too. We are looking forward to seeing the area around Sioux Falls and Iowa - and never did stop at Mitchell so we will see the Corn Palace which is what it is lol.

Gosh take a day to do a road trip for a funeral and 10 pages of stuff to wade through, and can't miss any of it because several topics are included in an individual post ranging from fish to football to GC's 1.2 and 2!
OK, so Utah, end of Aug or early Sept. will start working on our end of getting there!
With Honey, Bob, Bess, and the power chute!

Tonight was a really nice ribeye along with a baked potato and of course corn on the cob…was really good (didn't burn anything) and Boko just loves potatoes. Mac prefers the real thing, meat!
Tomorrow is a sad day, going back north, ugh, the cold

Talked to PTJeff I mean jeep... yesterday. They are up for early fall end of summer Idaho or Utah. Have not seen any new date or location preferences for the 2015 Fall Into Mutation via the Contact Us page on www.rvmutants.com so I will get with some of the elders by phone in the next few days and see if we can come to a concensus.
Next order of business - 2016 Old Man Winter Curiosity in Arizona. I will suggest late January or early February. This would give mutants who depart cold country after Christmas in order to be with family during the holidays.
We have 4 or more mutants who regularly winter in Arizona so location suggestions should be easy for that. I suspect we have 5 or 6 of us who can sign up for that and if anyone is looking for an extended get away - cruising from the Fall GC south to AZ might be the ticket to ride. Just a thought.

I'm behind on posts again. Will catch up in a minute, but read this post, Steve, and just wanted to let you know that Kate & I are going to try and be in Arizona by the end of February next year. That is, if all goes well and I can get my behind in gear and movin' on all the many things we need to get done before moving into "Bow" full time. Don't know if our arrival in AZ will be in time to hook up with the GC there, but just maybe ....
Yes, Muties, we've named our Rainbow Rider. It's "Bow" which is short for "Rainbow." We also have a name for our future toad - which we'll purchase around September or October. Toad's name will be "Arrow." So, we'll be full-timing with "Bow and Arrow." Ya gotta love it.
Now, on to catching up on the past couple of days posts.

When our 4 sons were 12, 13, 14 & 15, you could've lined 'em up in front of that pile of snow, told 'em to burp at the same time and that driveway would've been clear in seconds.
Do all adolescent boys have burping contests? Our next-to-youngest was SO proud of the fact that he could say the entire alphabet through one burp. I'm not kidding. It was just gross and ridiculous; but he could do it. My 85-year-old friend Marge just laughs and says "Males are not as highly evolved as females." But what does she know? She raised 6 daughters. I would not have traded places with her for all the cheese in Wisconsin, all the wine in Napa, all the cattle in Texas or all the oldies in Dave's record collection.
