Fence on hold, spent last two days doing a control burn in woods. Waiting on loggers to come in and remove a couple loads of logs before we complete fence. Come on April I need the rest!

But now you have an old song sung to a new tempo to whistle why you work...

Public Beach Access 5 is a good place to drive onto beach. 5 bucks. Take chairs and sunscreen. I didn't see any place to rent a beach umbrella. Although it may be a little windy and cool. Still a fun drive and pretty good people watching.

I dont have the air to whistle and seldom sing while I work, Mary's been helping me and I don't want to run her off! I do my best singing in the shower, therefore I use the MH shower. It's embarrassing to see men and boys laughing and running as I do my best Journey, Van Halen, AC/DC , ZZ Top renditions! Seems everyone's a critic.

You are not in Hawaii. No umbrella in your beverage.

Trust me. The road going in and coming out is very, very narrow and steep; 10% grade.

Beautiful area. However, when it rains hard it get's muddy and the mud has to be moved from the roads before travel is permitted. Also, flood gauge indicators are present and must be observed. Wash outs do occur. Follow State Park recommendations on travel.

Remember, it is the journey.
You won't have a problem with flooding over river crossings very often ... we only get around 20" of rain a year out here.
