Wayne,

The trail ride I did has a 220# limit

Bryce Canyon Horseback Riding | Bryce Canyon Mule Rides Canyon Trail Rides

There are several other trail rides. One might be higher. As Possum used to say -- Google is your friend.

Not sure of brand, it was at Bass Pro. Son and DIL saw me checking out the one her dad has when we were at his house. He has always been a big smoker, having two large smokers in back yard and often cooking for various events . I was really surprised to find that he had gone to using something so easy. He said he got it to use at his houseboat and it's so easy, he now uses it all the time.

With my birthday coming up in April I know son was thinking that might be a good gift. My concern is fitting it in one of the basement bays on The Discovery.

I'm not a big griller, smoker or even a fryer, but if easy enough I'll do it!

Tim... have you ever tried using your outside kitchen grill with a smoker box.

How to set up a smoker box on a gas grill: http://youtu.be/droqmzBbBsE

Interesting video but I think you missed the key word in my previous post!

EASY! Lol

Might try that smoker box but that looks like someone still has to tend to cooker, the eletric one shuts itself off, keeps it warm and according to my buddy is EASY!

I know you enjoy the art of cooking. I enjoy stringing fence and the art of eating!

Di get ready, thunderstorms here now moving your way!

Well yes Tim... when fire is involved someone should be watching it.. lol. As for stringing fence... I would still watch an electric smoker or you might end up with something the consistency of a fence post. Like cruise control - it's not autopilot... but maybe close. I was just thinking that with the outside kitchen there may be other ways to achieve the desired result for Mary to work with....

Now my true romantic side is showing through, making it easy "for Mary to work with". Lol

You mentioned caravaning out of Bryce, what was you thinking? Arches, Canyonland, Salt Lake City or north. Moab is over in Arches area and might be best area to rent a Jeep and explore!

Why does this look more like a Poobah from the Masonic Lodge than a mutant in a Kimono?
