No,no these are working dogs and they used up all their vacation. Son lives next door, and spoils dogs while we're gone. DIL babies them. They run free except at night, then in the kennel. They follow me or son around where ever we go on the place unless Mary is outside then the chocolate one follows her. Mary wouldn't pick garden by herself without her dog there to drag the rat snakes out of the beans and peas!

Me... well, I'm go to bed when I'm ready person... sometimes 11:30, sometimes 1:30... if I'm into a good book it might be 3 before I can put it down... but then I sleep until 9:30 or 11:30 most mornings...I usually am awakened by Bob's leaving to go make retirement funds... and am awake an hour or so then, but I don't get out of bed cause I know I can have peace and quiet when he leaves...if the dog allows it...and get back to sleep..

I used to be a lark -- up before dawn, crashed after the 10pm news -- if I made it. Then in 1990 I accepted a foster daughter, Jessica, who was totally blind, profoundly physically and mentally challenged. Jessica never slept thru the night in the 10 years she lived in my home She had her days and nights mixed up. I learned to nap thru her babbling in the dark, but I only slept soundly when she went to sleep about 6am. And I'm still a night owl even 14+ years after she left.

Eli the Accountant!

Does Eli have red hair? If so, his parents have my sympathy. Jessica had bright red hair. There seems to be a substantial amount of stubbornness that goes with it.

They wouldn't let me bring oranges back into the USA from Canada, but if it is frozen and stored ...???

Perhaps "stubborn" makes for a tighter spreadsheet?

Can I put dibs on a couple of shoulders and an ankle? Trade for unused cranium.

Barb. I think you're on the right track except - fresh in refrigerator. If they let ya pass - pop it in freezer. If not - pull Gracie over - get out the Coleman stove and fry it up right there at the border. And don't give them any...

We're supposed to get 5 or more inches of it this weekend... I'm getting tired of cold and wet ....I have to admit...but bet there won't be nearly as many bad bugs in my garden this year!
