Want my secret? Use an ice cream scoop (or melon ball scoop or any kind of scoop) to dip dough to make 'em uniform and cook em on an "air" cookie sheet.

I actually don't use the recipe on the choc. chip bag. Use one out of an old church cookbook. So, "Toll House" cookie is not exactly what they are. Pecans are right out of our freezer. I gathered and shelled those this winter. There are hundreds of pecan trees all over the city where I live ... at the court house, in the parks, vacant lots. My brother and I gather them every Nov-Jan.

I'll be making Pina Coladas (Kate's favorite), if no one objects. My blender will hold about 1/2 gallon's worth. So, may need to borrow another blender so I can keep 'em coming!

Great Chinese food at Dai Tung on Nolana in RGV. Excellent crab puffs - spring rolls - Kung Pao Shrimp and Annies favorite hot and sour soup and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Seriously good.

Note, plugins are on poles behind the counter, therefore an extension cord needed!

Just the name stirs up visions of vitamins mixed with prunes and fiber supplements and enjoyed by the aged citizens to get their day started. Is it more?
