Good Morning Mutants !!!!

Its 8:30am and already 70 and the desert is blooming all around us. Those of you that have the chance to to the GC 1.2 you are going to have a fantastic time, to those of you that are going to miss it, all I can say is you should really try to go to one if you get a chance.
I will be missing CL this year but thankfully I'll be spending time in Bryce Canyon, and we are looking forward to it.
We have a few weeks left to be in Yuma and then back to Phoenix for a graduation and then we will wind our way back to Michigan via Kamp Kophman, and KSCrudes butcher shop. I can hardly wait for that. Y'all return to your mutating now, and have fun.

Cheers !!!!!

Las Cruses will be visited today! The old section of town and the downtown farmers market for sure.
Yesterday we visited the Walmart between showers.
Sunny Acres RV Park is superb! Big lots, nice folks.
Happy RVM Trails to y'all!

The BoA Fraud Squad called last night and we walked through about $700 of CC charges that took place since Saturday. All of them were in Dallas. From Jack in the Box to Joann Fabrics ($200) to Yellow Cab and an Indian Restaurant. Even a $200 party at the Soda Shop in Highland Park. Card cancelled and waiting on a new one. Should be here by Friday. Hopefully it doesn't delay or journey northward. This is the first time it has happened where there may to be a fraudulent card nvolved as these are not online charges. Who knows?

So guess what else. It rained last night and is misting now. The street were on is having their annual Mountain Street happy hour and potluck at 4 this afternoon a few sites down. They have reserved a room at the center in case of rain.

That's all I've got this morning other than be safe in your journey and have fun.
Glad you got it taken care of, but jeeez! That stinks. We were just taking during drunks about this very subject.

Happy trails Steve & Annie,

Tom & Kim

Don't worry Dave, it's right next to Misty Meadows where we're going to put Steve!

Misty Meadows my eye. We're going to Rainy Gardens, A Duck Web Facility.

It poured here a while ago. My sinuses are killing me but the mutation has begun. There are webs forming between my fingers and toes!

You know, I think ducks are mutants... having watched their behavior over the years... they all exist in a flock together because it is better than being alone. They have figured out a way to all get along even though they all think about things differently... sometimes you hear them discussing things loudly out there... mostly the females holler the loudest, but they have guidelines they all abide by, simply so as to have a family group that they get along with and enjoy the company of....
How very mutant!

Marty,

After duck sitting for a week some 25 years ago, I decided that regardless of how many ducks in the flock, there is only 1 shared brain. The funny thing is that it seemed as if that brain jumped from one duck to another frequently. Where the brain went, the rest of the flock followed.

Needless to say, I'm not fond of ducks. I understand why the words fowl and foul are easily interchanged after having to clean the duck house for 7 days.

OMG, Marty! I seem to be a dyed in the wool proofreader, even when not trying. Errors just jump out at me. It's a bit jarring. Bob must feel that way. Martin (who is never ever referred to as a Marty!) and I are forever pointing out typos to each other. Some are in print & others are in verbal use.

I'm much more tolerant now than I used to be. As Our Roundness has been known to say, "It is what it is, and then it is what you make of it." Good grammar and spelling do not a good person guarantee, nor the opposite.
