I have fruit of the loom on my bottom. And there's vanilla syrup in my coffee. Does that count.

We are waking up and will then move to our new site in the park. Should be nice down by the lake.

Sue, Yogurt was the very first ferment I made years ago...although I didn't know it was a ferment back then, was making it for the kids, it's cheaper to make your own and 4 little boys went through a lot of it.

Back in those back-to-the-land days (never quiiiite a hippie, me, but close) I made yogurt too, and cheese and butter. Could buy raw milk then.
More recently I learned to make ricotta and mozzarella. W/o one's own milk cows, tho, that's a really expensive proposition! Had to quit doin that.
It was such fun, tho, to have the mixture suddenly become a ball of mozzarella! It hardly ever even made it to the fridge.

Smart Alec!
*You* can. I'm not. (Not a snob; gives me migraines.)
But you can ferment tea...et voilá: kombucha. And carrot tops and parsnips ferment into very nice wines. FIL used to make all sorts of strange-sounding wines that were really good.

Fresh yogurt could make you Sena's newest best friend. I don't care for it, but Sena LOVES it.
