Do you mean the Lodge cast iron type that can be used over campfires? No.

If you mean one that can go on the stove, yes.

ETA--oh, yeah. I guess it depends on which night you will be cooking the cobblers since we are leaving early. Dang.

Yes I was going to cook them outside, possibly at the campfire!

R U an RV Mutant too?

No help on the ShutUp or the dutch oven. Sorry!
Oak Lawn Racetrack was grand fun. Bet $12, lost $12. But missed a 1-2 by a nose; my ponies ended up 2-1. How much would taxes be if I had won the 39 bucks?

Twelve bucks is pretty cheap for those smiles on your faces!

You don't have to report $39. I'll never tell ...

However, perhaps we should address your "gambling issues".

Yep, it's a terrible addiction. Once in 1978, and now.
No help for the wicked

Hey Timster let me find out if Father Time is passing thru Ft Worth on his way to GC. If he isn't going to be way from his home base too long we can meet them and send ours then get it back next time we are down South.

Thanks Herbie, be sure to tell him it's not a chamber pot! If you can make it happen fine if not we'll make do.

https://youtu.be/7hf8BJVwdnY

Be at GC1.2 Redux - see Dave with sand in his grass skirt, see Tim do the swim... see his roundness shake his money maker. Oh my this is going to be one for the mutant history books.

I have a Vitamix and a Ninja blender thingy if more blend-power is needed.

ETA--nevermind. I just remembered we won't be at the luau. Duh.

Herb and Barb, we're so disappointed that you won't be at the GC at CL. 😥

This will be our first big trip in Bow, folks, so say a prayer for us! I drove her in from Dallas after picking her up (5 hrs) and we've taken her out for a few short weekend trips.

I saw the news about the fellow driving from FL who had a tire catch fire on his coach. OMG! How the heck does that happen?!

I've almost wrapped up the magazine I've been working on for so long, so will be back here a little more often once again.

Looking forward to GC Redux at CL!

Mel
