Thanks Don! The sun has been bright and warming all day which is good medicine for all our ails and has helped expedite those essential repairs that can't wait. I don't believe I've ever seen so many roof walkers in one place.

We miss having you and Sandee here, but I can imagine now you're glad you didn't join us. But as with all things, mutants make the best of it. There's a whole bunch of cooperative repairing going on.

Having replaced my covers because of old age, I do know how to do it, I wish I could help lend a hand and add to the amount of tools.

I took some pictures of various mutants working on the tops of their and others rainbow riders today. I will try to get a few of them posted later. RV Mutants are ready to roll, be it on down the road - or the assistance of others. There is most certainly a mutant gene of the genus RV... the "spirit of the mutant*"

* possible descendent or member of the family Wanderer - MutAnt

At this very moment - a hearty group of GC @ CL1.2 Redux attendees are about to sit down to some great food at Cajun Boilers in Hot Springs. I say hearty, because 1, they are full of heart and other great stuff... but they also have more energy than I do.

Truth is at this moment I am watching blue sky sitting at the picnic table. I've almost caught my breath, and I wasn't even on top of a coach today or yesterday.

What a ST group of Mutants!

Y'all need to look closely at your roof because. Hail can cause problems down the road on rubber roofs. The hit can mess up the glue under the roof.

And those of you how will need to stay for longer you should move to the Gorge it is a great park about 5 miles down the. Road and is way cheaper and half price if you have the access pass.

Long day with aches & pains, and wasn't able to help anyone else today. Today's prize winners were Ed along with the Wayne & Dave team. Every time I looked around from my RV roof, I would see Ed & Dave on top of another rooftop [Wayne was doing a good job of supervising Dave [JEN] from the ground!]. Actually, I'm sure HIS ROUNDNESS would have been up with Dave, helping him, if it wasn't for the ladder & rooftop weight requirements. Plus, Dave doesn't trust Wayne with the DeWalt's drill/screwdriver TORQUE.......
.
Others did help, but the above 3 was everywhere. They must have some Arkie blood in them!!!!!

Sure wish Mel & Kate would check in....

Dwayne, you have been missed from the beginning, but even more so, in the past 2 days.

Jeff, thanks for telling us that you know how to do the replacements. So, get your butt on a plane & get on down here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attention - All GC1.2 Redux attendees - tomorrow night is potluck but tomorrow morning - 10 am at the pavilion,
let's shoot for Eggs Benedict with egg poaching by Papaw Steve... and Bloody Mary's again (I think)...

We have eggs (may need a few more) Canadian Bacon - Bacon Bacon - English Muffins - hollandaise sauce - Hays Kansas Sausage - Wrights Bacon and so on. Bring something if you have it... or enjoy what others bring.

After that... get yer pot luck going... and let's have a bang up day (sans hail and actual bangs)... brunch and dinner.
Annie and I will a little corned beef, new potatoes and cabbage tomorrow night...

Can I get an Oh Yeah....
