OK Deb, then how about the caches just hold a photo of the adult beverage or a ticket for one? Maybe an empty glass that must be brought back for filling? Since this would be a group of newbie cachers, the hiding places would need to be easy to find. No beverage would risk getting warm that way. And no mutants would be harmed in the game.

We have hid caches right in plain sight that vetern cachers have had trouble finding. But we will play nice and go easy on you guys. We have a roll of tickets we can use. Find one for each drink. Someone else will have to provide the drinks cuz all we will have will be soda or tea.

All RVMs must be thoroughly searched before the game begins! No stopping at your RV. No "pre-loading" before the event.
I think I will fill some flasks and sell them out on the trail.

A new game. Yay!

I now have a copy of Pass the Pigs game. It has little piggies for dice. We also bought "101 Ways to Use Bacon". Like we couldn't think of enough ways already???

We drove up the hill at 5:30 yesterday and have been hard at work ever since, partly offloading and partly doing yard clearance. Six months in Bella is a lot different in scale to a weeklong rally! Sheesh! Will it ever end?!

First thing I did when we got out of the coach was to go pick some rhubarb for supper. An hour later I went out to pick a mess of semi-wild asparagus. Aside from not having any filet mignon on hand, we ate like the royalty we really are. 😊

We're waiting on the RV loss adjuster to call now, Martin having already talked with the out-of-state claims person. One check is already in the mail to cover the 3 vent covers.

It's good to be home, but Bella now seems more like home than the house does. Strange!

There aren't many folks here so it's very quiet and peaceful. It would easily be crowded as the sites are close but long.

Could definitely stay here a few days but have to move on tomorrow.

I know what you mean, Sue. A friend here in OK invited us to stay in one of her guest rooms since her neighborhood won't allow me to park the Moho in her driveway. It would take me forever to pack for the 3 of us and I know I'd forget lots of necessities. Besides I like sleeping in MY bed.

We are parked at another friend's place that doesn't have such a snobbish neighborhood.

This could be fun! Who will get to do the search? Mutants wondering around in circles trying to locate a container while sipping on substance unknown and not remembering why they are going in circles.

Last pic of Camp Lakewood. It's going to be tough to leave... birds still singing. Quite and once again - ya'd never know you were a few miles from the civilization and the highway.
