Good luck with the residule value Martin. I haven't talked with Allied about that but will for sure. Let us know what they say.

We hope to make it out your way sometime in the next 2 weeks. Mapquest says we're 93 miles and an hour and half away. Will see how things go with family obligations.

We have a guy coming out to replace the heating thermostat on the Splendide on Monday and he will measure the slide toppers and come back and replace them later in the week. That will have the coach taken care of except for the hail dents on a few bay doors. Not sure where or when those will be fixed.

Crabby and M R are in the MH in storage. Pictures next time. M R is in the side window watching the door for any strangers that may try to get in. Crabby is fending off the front invasion.

Insurance has already paid for replacement windscreen ( shield ) and the three roof vents Ed and CW fixed. They also reimbursed us for the replacement slinky that was on the same Razorback invoice even though I hadn't claimed for that!

Did you claim that $500 sewer end attachment?

Wayne - I think you have discovered the ancient Mutant Exchange Rate Tables...

And I did suspect you were adding zeds to the numbers but hey - you're so seldom wrong and to know is.... oh never mind.

1st try at photo upload:

My "Scooby" pups are with us in our "Mystery Machine" solving mysteries..

As we bought it, discussed names with grandkids:

Zane said "can I be Shaggy? Of course that fit!

Jessica said "can I be the smart one, Velma? Of course as a UCA Honors student with 4. average her freshman year.. That certainly fit!!!!

Rebecca learned of our discussion & said that is a great idea if I can be the PRETTY one, Daphnie... So our mystery machine is on the road again when we have a chance...

Di--I'm glad the procedure is over for your little grandson. You're right, that is a common procedure but of course we always worry about them.

Tex is riding along for the oil change on the Bounder this morning; then back to storage for them. Tex doesn't get out much because Harry the RVin' Dog believes Tex is one of his toys. Eeek.

Di, I meant to send Ohmms when you posted but somehow the multiquote did not pick it up. So be assured that Ohmmms were sent that-a-way, and they worked.

Poor Aiden. I know this is a very scary experience. I hope he's now awake and ready to go home. Ohms little guy!

The hail event so many of us experienced has given us a unique opportunity to compare RV insurance companies. We should try to remember to swap notes when all of us have finished with these claims. I know it's a very small sampling, but I'd like to know how each of the companies scored on the mutant scale.

My company is State Farm thru an agent in South Dakota. I know Steve RVM2 has Allied. What companies are the rest of you with? Maybe we can get one of you spreadsheet capable mutants to put all of our info together. How many RVMs got damage?
