Hey, you are welcome.

Just one of the "quirky" artsy-fartsy things I do.

I should really start a Blog as I've written quite a few funny articles on the trials and tribulations (and lessons) I've experienced and learned since I took up RVing and holidays in general.

Apparently a quiet day in RVMdom. Anybody reading this thread for the first time? Do you have a beloved RV that doesn't have a thing or two but ya don't miss it cause ya don't need it. Is the journey your destination? If so, tell us about it and join the RV Mutant family. Next number up is RVM24.

Update - still no fishing today.
Here at the lake the wind blew all day but at least the temp reached 70. With the wind coming off the wayer it was just bearable. I attacked the old tackle boxes while my BIL watched the ducks go by. I no longer have and won't miss 3 old boxes and 3 worm bags.

The worm boxes fit in a zippered bag. The new box and bag get the job done and opened up room in the cargo bays, but don't tell Annie.

What's going on RVMs? Hope you're all happily doing without!

You got that right! And as ya know - the plan is to go full time mid next year. Getting this done is just one of many things that aren't fishing - or exactly fun - but still better than a day at work. Hey - is there and echo in here?

Near an island - First cast of the day.... It was big and strong. Tension of the brake was too tight and it went under my boat and snapped the line. Went home and rebuilt reel.

That was 20-30 years ago and still irks me. Could have been a record.

I have only 25' of RV, but don't miss the other 10’-15’ some have.
I have no DH, but sure as heck don't miss him or need another.
I do propose that I travel with the RVM mascot, her majesty Sena

Might I be installed as an RV Mutant and assigned an official RVM designation?
Wow...you got here from sunny Florida just in time for the snow!

I won't say my dad spun this one but it's where I heard it. Whenever someone would tell a whopper which usually involved the exaggeration of time to land, length, weight etc. Dad would say - one night fishing deep water under the bridge he felt his line go tight. The struggle ensued and when he brought it to the boat, it was a Coleman lantern with a full stringer of fish hooked to the handle. The fish were alive and the lantern was still lit. Of course they called BS on him. He would politely say --- Well sir, if you will kindly knock 30 minutes off your fight and 10 inches and 4 pounds off yours, I drop the stringer and blow the lantern out. My dad was usually a pretty funny guy.

That one was quite fine, RVM2!

Went to the RV Hall of Fame. Dont miss it if you are near Elkhart!

Mae West would have qualified as a RVM.
