Ok, it seems like the best way to get on the list is to send me a PM thru irv2. Just include the email address you want your messages sent to in your PM.

Growing pains are tougher the older we get.

Nah, it'll never happen. It's easier than driving a Segway and ya won't need a helmet.

There is a newsletter? I want it too!

gakaiaraan @ g m a i l .com

We won't be making any gathers anytime soon, as our mutant vehicle is not yet reading to roll. I AM however now driving the mini-B and enjoying that people see the shape and think it is an ambulance still. I'm debating what to do to help calm that, I don't like driving around under false pretenses-- it is a little RV in progress. Decided to fix it up with a seating area, a spot to sleep one, and a little kitchen. But I need to decide what cabinets come out and which stay and I'm not getting very far with that! LOL! There is plenty of space to pack a pavilion for camping....

Pretty sure that would put me in second place as I had not yet passed the person in first.

Of course, the idea of my running a race is sad and not funny. sigh.

The answer to the question of what is always spelled incorrectly is: INCORRECTLY.

That said, I'm in the mood for something black and rough on two sides but white in the middle.

Ok - the fridge may or may not be a problem. Got to repair guy yesterday and he says - it runs for 20 minutes and then loses power and shuts down. Claimed it was the board. But a new board in and it did it again. Put my board back. Told him close er up we're leaving.

Started the generator and ran it fine all the way to Georgetown. Plugged in and ran all night - never shut off. Turned coffee pot on this morning and it lost power. I'm running it on AC only to see if I can isolate it to one power source. Not sure if the kick off this a.m. Is same problem or had something to do with coffee pot on the same line. Doubt it's that but who knows what the genius did with reinstall. For run to Marble Falls today will try LP. Let er run and see what happens - and then try Automatic to see if it holds temps and transfers to LP when I unplug or turn off generator.

It hasn't run 24 hours yet and we have been transferring food from coolers to freezer and fridge since last night. Get the usual run up from opening the doors and adding things and it starts back down as it should. Currently holding at Click image for larger version

Can't argue with that. Now if we can get the power to hold with confidence the mutation will be mas grande.

Remove some of the hot air in the coach. (No, not Annie.)

Thanks! The real work was a short learning curve with Word 2007 and the template. The words were easy - as all mutants know and can recite the Campdaven Quandary - and I had put the ponders in the iPhone notes long ago. Just a little cut and paste. It basically wrote it self. Probably doesn't hurt that I had 3 camp ready vans between '70 and 1991 - and the B Van from '91 till a few years ago and now the Bounder. Been mutating and RVMing a while!

And even now - I mutate.

KAS - News is on it's way! Enjoy!

Barb - I haven't had much luck with the RVM2RVM from the iPhone so will try from laptop or Kindle when I can. The email works quite well however!

That's good, but what if nobody is in first place? Who would be in second? Are you who, or do you take the place of nobody, who was first? So who is first, nobody is second, and somebody must be third. Another tough question, yet to be pondered, is anybody last? I heard the race coordinators say that everybody is in the race. Is there a possibility that everybody will win if nobody is first?

I'm going to ask my Chinese friends who are trying to understand the logic of English.

RVM2 ... Your fridge is touchy. It wants its own line to a dedicated 15amp breaker, as well as a cooler ambient atmosphere. The fridge is not happy with a mini-brown-out caused by the coffee pot, or toaster. The ultra-sensitive circuit board says ... "No can do Kemosabe".
