Judy said very succintly what we all feel.

Ommmms to all who are grieving the physical absence of someone they hold dear, be they beloved family pet, friend or family member.

We're so sorry for the loss of devoted friends and fur kids. Enjoy the memories that you have stored up over the years. Be willing to laugh out loud when you remember truly funny moments in your past relationships.

Like we mutants said when we said goodbye to each other at Catherine's Landing, "til we meet again".

It's not easy for us to be role models. The standards are hard to maintain!
And Sena sets the standards.

Just a quick message from our spons.... Oops, not one pays us for all the time we spend playing here. OK, so how about I tell you about the 2 other ways we mutants communicate?

IRV2 is pretty strict with it's rules. When we want to chat about forbidden subjects, we need to use adult language or want to say something we don't want the entire world to know, we have to use another venue.

The first is an email list that I manage. It is simply send an email to the group address and everyone gets a copy. To join it, just Send me a message giving me your email address and RVM number.

The second venue is a group on RVillage - The Social Network for RVers

To join there, first go to the above website and sign up. Then search for the group named RVMutants and request membership. Diane, aka Diwizi, manages that and will add you to the group. There are some nice features like the map that will let other mutants see your current location.

This completes the test of the Mutant Emergency Contact System and we now return you to your regularly scheduled procrastination.

Well, we've spent almost 3 days I. Williamsburg VA. We did all the tourist crap,
Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown etc. If you like that stuff its great. We stayed at the Anvil Campground in Williamsburg. A great place, Passport America price great location. Everything is less than 20 minutes tons of great places to eat and Norfolk is pretty close also.
Here's the link:

Don and Sandee,

I'm troubled by the fact that Thor's passing was so sudden and unexpected. Did any of the vets suggest a cause? Will there be a necropsy? I'm sure hoping that there's not some new dog virus going around.

There is a strain of flu infecting/killing dogs... but I believe it is a respiratory thing, and Thor sounded like he had different troubles than that. ( Share your kefir with your pooches...)
