Y'all are in our neck of the woods. I work about ten miles from where you're camping. Have you met the chickens yet?

Steve,
Are you a rain and cold weather magnet? It seems that almost everywhere you have been since November has had excess rain or hail. Maybe you need to find a witch doctor to help you break that spell that someone cast on you.
Don't take this wrong, 'cause I love ya more than 2 of my 3 brothers, but I'm kinda glad you are waaaaaay over there.

I'm guessing "Code Orange" means get your buns here, ASAP?

Be safe and enjoy the trip. We're pulling for your granddaughter! We'll look forward to reading about her accomplishments in Albuquerque.
Oh, there's a fabric store in Amarillo where you can stock up on some extra buttons. You're going to need them, I'm sure.

That's funny Barb.
Pretty sure I'm not responsible for the weather, but it does seem that this is a wetter spring and possibly even cooler than average. I know the RGV weather was pretty far off its average cool and rainfall. But looks like storms are all over the place - even places we haven't been.

Dang it, Herb! I just left Albuquerque this morning. That makes 3 RVMs that I will have missed by a few hairs since Sunday.
