As a kid I knew I wasn't in trouble if I heard my name coming from my disgruntled mother calling names looking for the guilty. If your name burst forth you were OK because it was always the last one called that was in deep doo doo.

What worries me is if I do NOT get an estimate and do NOT finish the claim I already filed can they say that any damages sustained later are actually a result of the damage done last month? I spend a lot of time in hail country.

What happens if I get the estimate and it's less than my deductible and I elect to not repair last month's dents to my hood? I filed the claim, they know I had damages.

BTW, I finally found some hail damage on Smarty. There's a quarter size chunk taken out of the Yakima wind foil on the roof rack. Why can't they make all plastic out of what Smart uses for body panels. They bend but don't break.

It's all how you look at it. I can't read very well but if I can put my hands on it I can fix it. Well except women I don't think anyone can fix them. I'm ducking now.

Herb, I can almost hear it. "Hey gang, Gramps is going to try to shout out all of our names, so let's all stand next to a cousin".

FWIW, folks, "comprehensive" claims are not counted agin ya, at least not by my insurance co. I asked. They said so.
Barb, I think you are okay, but a call to ins wouldn't hurt. OTOH, estimates are free.

It got difficult to engineer new schemes of naughtiness!
