Diane, I have a kitchen aid... took a rainbow making pasta class by the gal who made the mardi gras cakes for the curiosity last year...was going to get the attachment to roll and cut pasta, then disacovered I needed to be gluten free... so I passed... but it was a lot of fun. She puts all sorts of fun and inventive stuff in her pastas...no dyes, just herbs, wines, veggies, etc. to make the different colors and flavors...serves it like you did with evoo, herbs, and freshly made mozz. (can't do the cheese anymore either...bummer on something so very yummy!)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Hayes...

I am not sure how long Tim & Mary will be at S.P. - We may call him & head up for a couple hours this week if I can get Ann's appointments finished.

We understand Grands deserve our time & our plans take a back seat, and it always works out...

ENJOY those special times...

Sound perfect! I have a kitchen aid but have had a cutter for years and can't seem to part with it ;-)
