Did you get in rouch with Jeanie and Dave?

I have not been to Davis Mountains in many years. It is a great place. It's a one of a kind type of place.

Just for you, Kate and Lubbock...
Thanks for the nod to Buddy's home town. Probably our most famous son.

Don't know why you got that reply back! Of course, I was in the mts at our cottage, so sometimes service is sketchy.

Don't really need to talk with J & D, just want to send them something.

We are looking forward to taking Bow to Davis Mts some day....maybe sooner than later.

Get well, my friend! Ommmmmmmmmmssssss to you!

That sounds good to me lol. Ok I might be prejudice concerning the location lol. Hunter don't get vaca for a year since it's a new company but we can do weekends and possibly a long weekend by October if it's not close by,

Jeeper or just unlucky? Nah! But I'd rather not say in public.

I have a question for those of you who have traded in a toad. Does the attached base plate add or subtract from the trade in value? I assume you don't have them removed first, right?

Not that I would ever trade Smarty off. She's ours for life. Just curious. Talk about cherry -- my 2012 has only 13,500 miles on the odometer. Another 20K on the tires, but those don't count against us. And her tiny little shoes are cheap to replace.

Mel,

When are you gonna list Bow, in all her glory, in your signature line? To all RVMs -- it really helps our failing memories when you list your rainbow rider at the bottom of all your posts. IRV2 will do it for you automatically if you will go to: USER CP --> edit signature then put in all the info. Remember to scroll all the way to the bottom of that page and click on SAVE CHANGES.

If you need help, ask Sarah W, she's the expert here.

<Sorry Sarah>

What?! My signature doesn't list Bow, our beloved Rainbow Rider???!!!! I thought it did. Well, my bad. I'll correct that.

Funny, Barb, but when I read the post I just put up in response to your request that I include Bow in my signature line, there it is. Did you read the entire line?

Steve, could this lead to another chapter in MRLG? "The Case of the Broken Transmission: Dwayne's Transfer to the Fort Jeep Outpost"

Colleen, it's about an hour and a half from Van Horn to Davis Mountains State Park. I read some reviews on Trip Advisor, so now I'm even more jazzed to get there!

A mighty WELCOME to you guys!! Seeing our great country is a beautiful goal and one you will enjoy. When you get to Idaho, look us up.

That looks like a great Nuvi. It even lets you change the angle of the view and review what was recorded. We were thinking about getting the RV 760LMT. Now with what everyone has said about having a cam...I may have to re-think it. Too bad they didn't have one that did both the RV info w/cg and the cam. The 760 you can get with a back up camera which would help us. Decisions decisions...
