It happened. Mini-C with Jeannie and Dave. Bob and Stephanie could not make it today. Stephanie had her eye surgery.

Tinkyada is the brand I like but in the white rice. Once we land I might play with making it from scratch and seeing what I come up with. Son in law is gluten free too, I am not.
