And just what are you planning to call me? Insane? Crazy? Lunatic?

Believe me, Seattle can hold her own looney party without my help. The folks here are very open to anything. And the weather is prefect! Saturday was sunny and 70* with just a light breeze.

Light shower here overnight, clear now. Since I'm using my hot spot for wifi, I post when I have good phone signal. I hate typing out a good post only to loose signal before it gets loaded and I'm forced to type it out again.

Good to know we'll have a lawman at Rubys, this roundup could get a little wild!

'Mornin, all! First cuppa indoors this morning as all the deck chairs are sopping wet.

Rain has kept me out of the garden a few days, so it will all get ahead of me again. We play leapfrog, me and the garden. Eventually, by fall, I will have lost the game. Again. Happens every year. 😎 Then I'll shrug my shoulders and we'll hit the road. 😎😎 Again.

In the meantime, it's berry season in IL, and I'm like a bear getting ready to hibernate. Meals and snacks involve grazing the mulberry trees, especially the branches overhanging the deck. Next up for grazing will be the wild raspberries, the blackcaps. Yumm.

Happy trails, y'all. Those genes do get too tight, don't they?!

Well, it's going to get wet here again. Tropical storm will most likely be here Monday or Tuesday. Citrus is still in the shop so we most likely will not be leaving town. Darn!

Hey Arkies! I has a possibility of hitting the Ozarks so it could pass over y'all.

R U an RV Mutant too?

Now I know that I have at least one more genetic gift (or defect). Thanks Martin!
There is weather all over the country? I sure have an itch to move! The humidity is almost thick enough to surf on.

Being I live in a rainforest, the people here get antsy if it hasn't rained in a week. Hard to live with them now as its been a couple weeks to a month since the last rainfall. Now we are being inundated with water restrictions and requests for even more stringent measures.

I'm starting to want to get outta town to but have to await the July arrival of guests from Australia and Arizona. To say the weather has been perfect for me locally is an understatement. Off to play fix the back yard to this years incarnation of the grande plan.

Looks like we've drawn a pretty good of weather for the time being. It's a hot 80 now but gorgeous. Just kicking back today. Even went back to bed for a nice long nap.

Presently 92˚ and according to weather stats it feels like 101, and having just gone outside to the shed I really do believe them.

So, with that, Earlene is slaving in the kitchen cooking up some vitals that are going to be so, so good, and the sink decided it no longer wanted to be attached to the granite counter top. It tried to drop into oblivion. I guess the glue was just to old.

Anyhow, a few cuss words and a stick prop put it back into position until the plumbers can get here tomorrow. Where the heck are Dave, Dwayne and Ed when you really need them. Sheesh!

Always keep a stack of wood shims around the house. Never know when you might need them. I have had some out in the garage for many years, still in the cellophane packaging. Today I needed them. Says something about hoarding, eh?
