Eek - well - this is one of those ponders... how they can tell you it's ready, when clearly it's not. Ya read it all the time on the forum. It's sad really. Hope they estimated correctly Wayne. I know you're ready to roll.

Update on CR-VMutant... ready for pickup. Or, we shall see.

Truthfully with the heat and humidity it could have happened today parked in the sun. Who knows. A check of everything that was indicated had been completed. So far, not a dime out of my pocketbook for repairs.

Hope the CR-V fares super good.

There's a trick I need to learn. $500 deductible on car, $400 on Bonita Bounder.

Odd Looking Bird

I was riding the Harley on my way home from w**k Monday and usually take the longer way. Driving by a favorite reservoir I ran into this new sign alerting me to a new bird in the area. Now I've been buzzed by a nasty bird of prey in that area but for some reason this one didn't appear as aggressive…

Anyone else seen one of these in their area?

Lol... that's a new one on me. Looks familiar though. Possum - anything you'd like to share.

Yeah, distant cousin on mom's side of the clan. Sort of an outcast actually. Those yellow feathers are sooo ... tacky.

Tomato soup and grilled cheese is a winner! And smoked gouda is one of our favorites.

So how many mutants do cheese and crackers - delicious jalapeño venison sausage - and veggie sticks as drive time snacks?

Yea..we had $250 on Jeep and $500 on MH. DD finaly got her own coverage so when I took her off my policy the monthly decreased... Took the Jeep to zero deductable and got glass covered 100 percent on MH. Rate still $30 less per month $145 for the three vehicles.

Progressive on MH with diminishing deductible. After 5 years of no claims it is $0 deductible. Car is with ANICO and has $100 comprehensive deductible so it did cost me $100.
