Possum... it's a very hot 81 degrees here in SD. Seriously. For 81 and a real feel of 81 - it feels like 101 to me.

J'ever need down time?
Old movies on TV and evil snacks.

Hi Colleen!

I was really surprised at how dry Seattle was when I got here 2 weeks ago. When I first summered here in 2011 there was still a lot of rain the entire month of June. I will admit that I have enjoyed the sunshine. Safe travels to Van Horn. I hope you don't melt in the west Texas summer heat.

Just wait until you get to Vegas, Bro! You might want to consider a soft top for the mutant scootermobile to keep the sun off.

Collen and Hunter, safe travels. Enjoy the destination on the way to the destination.

Barb, I am withering within 2 miles of the Pacific Ocean but its actually 30 miles away. We sit at the extreme north end of a 30 mile inlet.

It is again approaching 'manana is good enough for me' time.

Hmm...82 here and a coolish breeze. My luck has it that my oldest son is out camping with his wife and my grandbaby and I'm stuck home babysitting my grandpups...lol! We might fly over them this evening and then go join them for s'mores. They are only 7 miles away....
