We are in Missoula MT tonight. We went to eat at a Cracker Barrel. We'd never eaten at one before since this is probably the closest one from our home. I didn't know that they had a little store inside too. It was fun to look around. Tomorrow we head for Bozeman where my DD and two DGS are flying in from GA. Look forward to spending a week with them in Yellowstone.

Woot. Woot.
The Cracker Barrel has become hit or miss - but a good is yummy.

Enjoy the family and Yellowstone!

Marty,

The boss man out there is Cary, but several of the ladies at the check-in desk knew who I was talking about when I mentioned RV Mutants.

I know that picture is not you. If it were, the belt would be either in the last hole, or an extension added to it. M.R. speaks.

We are at Lake O'Neil Recreation Park, Camp Pendleton, CA, arriving yesterday. Got up and left at 7:00 a.m. from Kingman, AZ. A lot more distance than I normally drive but we got an early start to beat the heat, and it worked. I-40 has some long grades. Highest the engine temperature ever got was 210 but I quickly brought it down. The trick is to depress the accelerator pedal to catch up with the cruise control and then take cruise control off. Then, never give any more pedal to the accelerator. The coach will slow and drop down to the appropriate gear raising the RPM keeping the engine at a very reasonable temperature. A few grades I was just below 40 mph but most were 45 to 50 mph and maintaining between 201˚ and 205˚.

Just sayin'. Any one in the area of Lake O'Neil, stop and say hello. Site 25 right now.

Looks great! We are settling in here in West Pueblo. Of course it's raining. It was foggy most of the drive but the rain held off until we were all hooked up and the car unhooked. Hard to beat. But no pond. There are horses thow.. maybe from Texas.
