Mel we hurt for your son and DIL.... My son went thru that and it was tough for everyone. Healing ohms for you too!

Just got Jenny serviced and Jeepy gets new baseplate installed Monday morning so we hit the road to Austin where we will spend the rest of the week watching GD play in their World Series. We leave the following Monday headed for Colorado Springs then to Denver for a week. We will definitely catch up with somebody on the rainbow soon. Still hoping to get to Bryce to see everyone but it's going to be a last minute thang if I get finished in Salt Lake in time.

Thanks so much, Herb.

Many Omms to you for good character, strength, health and recovery. It will all work out and we will all travel the road beside you as you journey along. What a great group, eh... and you and Kate are definitely mutants of the Grand order.

Hope to see you soon.
Awwww. Steve, you are too, too kind. Which is one reason we love you, bro. Your words of encouragement and affirmation are plugged right into our minds and hearts. Thanks so much. Can't wait to hook up with you & Annie somewhere on the Rainbow some time and do the visiting we never really got to do at CL.

Barb, where the heck are you, girl? Still in the PNW? You doin' ok?

Our niece and her hubby are taking Bow to Palo Duro Canyon State Park this weekend and will have the catered barbeque dinner before seeing the show Texas! in the outdoor amphitheater. (Our wedding gift to them.) We've gotta go back sometime and meet up with more Mutants there.

And don't worry guys, because niece's hubby has tons more experience driving coaches and big rigs than I have! They are so excited. Niece has never been to PD Canyon. So, we're giving them an experience they can treasure forever, instead of something they don't need. (They combined two households and have at least two of everything. Ha.)

That said - abnormal cell activity in my pathology. Will need to see a specialist in Las Vegas. The Journey continues.

Road runners are always a good omen. Can't wait to see you in Vegas

Important note to all RVMs:

When traveling through or near Santa Fe, NM, stop and eat at Harry's Roadhouse!!!! I cannot stress the importance of this enough. Steve and Annie missed it, which is so very sad.

Thanks Mel. We leave Saturday and won't be able to work the 140 mile round trip into our schedule. We will take note!

Thought I'd post some pics from Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park in MT just south of I-90.

The hiking trail to the caverns is somewhat steep and took me quite awhile to get there. These our two of my grandsons who joined us in Yellowstone. They are from GA.

You couldn't use a camera with a flash inside the cave because the bats have nurseries.

We stopped at a unique place coming home from Yellowstone that was an earthcache. It is a geological formation of rocks that will ring when hit with a hammer. Supposedly there are only two known places in the US with this unique ability to hear music from rocks. This was near Butte MT. You can get there in a high clearance rig but better if you have a jeep. We went up in our PU but it was a 4-wheeler trail. We found a better way down after getting up there that was much easier.

Hey, Wayne, this is a place where you can play your theme song for the whole world!

Oh great! That's just what we need, Wayne and his musical rocks! He already has his musical beans!

Well Hello one and all.

We were for a full week living in a spot where we were totally cut off from all the devices that we use to communicate with the rest of you, I am amazed at the number of posts I have enjoyed reading.
I am sending ommmmmssss to Steve and Mary Anne, to Mel & Kate and the families of both. And to any others that may need them.
Today is a bit of liquid sunshine but its all good .... Hopefully today we will get to do some Jeep trails through Northern Michigan and run some old logging roads, its a little bit of practice for Bryce .....

Cheers !!!
