Hey Possum. I know you're out on the rainbow - but when ya check in, saw this today and thought of you.

Don't stay out there too long... the rainbow is highly contagious. You might just chuck everything and hit the road full time.

Are any mutants considering boondocking at Bryce? There are several forest areas near the campground. If I go to Bryce I won't be staying in the campground, but it would be nice to have mutant neighbors.

We have not been able to make definite plans yet, BUT we would be honored to be your neighbor if we make it... We will stay in touch with plans as they develop...
It would be fun to talk about Seattle (where I was born & still have cousins in Everett & Lynnwood).. Hope our "Journey" will bring us together again soon...

This is my fav plug-in location at Bryce:

Bryce Canyon Pines Store and RV Park Campground, Bryce Canyon Natl Park, UT - Highway 12 mile post 10, From Jct of US-89 & Hwy 12, E 9.7 mi on Hwy 12
http://tinyurl.com/qfuba6v
GPS: 37.71015, -112.21162

On paved scenic 8.6 mile biking trail in Red Canyon
http://www.traillink.com/trail/red-c...cle-trail.aspx

The scenery as viewed from the bike trail is unmatched. You don't really need to do the entire trail, but the ease of peddling slowly and gawking at the red canyon is much more enjoyable than driving a car on the road. There is a Forest Service camp west (closer to Panguitch) on Rt-12, but the fees all add up to as much or more than commercial parks in the area.

Dwayne, you're a good man. What a generous thing for you to do for a fellow human being. We Feel so much gratitude for all the RVMs who fixed Bow's broken parts. We're always looking for ways to pay it forward.

It's really nice to hear that you are feeling so happy these days! Prayers for continued peace, happiness and "Good, good, good, good vibrations ...." 😉

X2 Dwayne!
You have shown the goodness that many of us try to show: pay it forward.

We stayed in the KOA in Salt Lake City. It was a nice place with plenty of shade ( you will need the shade in August&#128512. The KOA is near the downtown area and the Temple grounds. We got information at the KOA office and took a tour of the city. It was great and we saw and heard about things we would never have know about. It is well worth the price and the time. We also got to hear the Choir practice and had dinner at a historical site.

Well... the wheels of progress are turning. Have an appointment with a specialist for the bump on my neck. Thursday it is... and we shall see what we shall see.

CR-V Mutant is going in for her second oil change. Driving around the other day the wrench lit up. Might as well get er done while in the city -

BTW - Kingman is a pretty cool town. Lots of Route 66 history here. May not get to see it all with the other things going on but it will be on the return list. The weather is much cooler and nice than I would have imagined. Been at the picnic table in complete shade since 7 am... breezy and very nice!
