Sheesh. We're gonna blow our entire budget for next year's trip before we ever hit the road!
So sorry to hear that. I hope Bow doesn't become Citrus Jr.

Hey Mel !!!!

Try to take the sticker shock in stride, I know the price tag is a lot. When we first took our coach to get it checked our and ready for us and to my "standards" we had budgeted $3500.00 when all was said and done it came to $6700.00 or there abouts, after I picked my bottom jaw up off the floor, Marcia and I figured out a way to double what we had set aside. But I must say I'm glad I had it all done. The following year was a new toilet and a cooling unit for the fridge, and the repair of our inverter, the next year sealing some cracks and repairing the skylite in the shower. With all that said, there will always be something that needs to be fixed. Do as much as you can yourself and check iRV2 for possible solutions.
Life on the Rainbow is fantastic.

Cheers !!!!

Hey Tim,

The thing about a dry heat is, that the sweat never really has a chance to run, it just drys into salt crystals that you wipe off ..... lol ....

Cheers !!!!

Holy Toledo! I'm going to invest in the company that manufactures fuel pumps. But then again the labor to install was probably the lion's share of that bill. Add to that the cost of shop towels and "expendables" which fatten the bill, and the fuel pump probably was the remaining $742. I almost forgot about hazardous waste disposal fee too.

This is a far cry from the shade tree mechanic days that I fondly remember. My only expendable fee would have been for a bar of Lava soap, and a torn T-shirt.

His neck probably doesn't have old hippie hair hanging down on it!

You know in some states long hair on red necks may cause the dried " ring around the neck"!

It may be nothing, but get it taken care of!
