Wow... it's hot in Vegas today! Geesh. At 9:10 am - it's 86 and feels like 83 to someone. To me it feels like I'm sitting on the sun....

Hey Don, it's tough getting old and not being able to "Hang On" any more.

Pass that on to him.

Sorry... I forgot to reply earlier... got busy and forgot. But no... we weren't near the Cosmopolitan where it happened. Seems they got lucky. Fire stayed outside and only 2 were injured. Eek.

It is 09:45 and it is 75˚ with a slight cool wind blowing.

Wonderful weather in this part of the country.

The high this week is going to be 79˚. At night it is in the low to mid 60's.

Wish you were all here

%#*+&@ Beaver

Took it in for an oil change and found out I have to replace my front brake pads. I just spent $3000 on brakes last summer.
Apparently on one really steep grade I took last fall, I overheated the brakes and they started deteriorating to the point that the pads were disintegrating. I didn't have a choice as the exhaust brake wouldn't hold me back.
That should should be good for another $1000 with the oil change.

I am sad to read you are having so much trouble with your Beaver. Mine has been treating me very well. Although, there are little things that crop up, I just found I'm missing the connecting pipe from the hurricane to the exhaust pipe, it goes from round to rectangular, any ideas where I could get a spare part ?

Cheers !!!
